SENA is the opportunity for Colombians to find or generate a job with the support of the Employment, Labor and Entrepreneurship Agency. The work of this direction aims to design strategies and develop actions from their work areas of social inclusion, employment and entrepreneurship.
Its objectives are to generate more jobs through employment mediation, vocational orientation and labor market research; to reduce poverty in vulnerable populations, through guidance, support and generating income.
Generate more entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs, with an industry supporting entrepreneurship, the provision of financial instruments, the formalization and enhancement of businesses, the development of entrepreneurship within the field.
